DMCA Policy

In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 (DMCA), the text of which may be found on the U.S. Copyright Office website at https://www.copyright.gov/legislation/dmca.pdf, we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the Mendy Spielzeit La Liga website and services (the "Site") if such claims are reported to our Designated Copyright Agent identified below.

This policy outlines the procedures for submitting a notice of alleged infringement and for filing a counter-notification if your content has been removed due to a copyright complaint.

Filing a DMCA Notice of Alleged Infringement

If you are a copyright owner, or are authorized to act on behalf of one, and you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible via the Mendy Spielzeit La Liga Site, please send a written notice to our Designated Copyright Agent with the following information:

  1. An electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright interest.
  2. A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, including the URL (i.e., web page address) or other specific location on the Mendy Spielzeit La Liga Site where the material you claim is infringing is located.
  3. Your address, telephone number, and email address.
  4. A statement by you that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Filing a DMCA Counter-Notification

If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notification to our Designated Copyright Agent. Your counter-notification must contain the following:

  • Your physical or electronic signature.
  • Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access to it was disabled.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification of the material to be removed or disabled.
  • Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which the address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which Mendy Spielzeit La Liga may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing or that material or activity was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification may be subject to liability.

All DMCA notices and counter-notifications should be directed to our Designated Copyright Agent via the methods provided on our Contact Us page. Please use the subject line "DMCA Notice" or "DMCA Counter-Notification" as appropriate to ensure timely processing.
